1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@ezradaniel.com. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?

At this time, we cannot modify orders once placed. If you made an error, please cancel the order within 2 hours and place a new one.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

4. How do I start a return?

Email info@ezradaniel.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Is there a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

7. When will I receive my refund?

We ship via USPS for all orders within the USA.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD within the USA.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

14. My package was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
